MUSINGS FROM THE BENCH

DZ Exits - Centre Push Out

Centre push outs can be a good way to relieve pressure from the opposition defence along the strong side boards.

Centre Positioning

When your D gather possession deep in your zone, the centre pushes out of the zone. This forces the opposition D to leave the blueline.

Strong Side WInger (F3)

An addition to this is to place your strong side winger closer to the opposition D. This takes away the pinch opportunity from the opposition D.

Net Front Winger (F2)

F2 then becomes the exit pass option along with the net front D in some situations.
